Payment, Shipping, Returns, and Layby Policy

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and accepts the below Terms and Conditions in full.

Payment Options

When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.

We currently only accept online payment by PAYPAL. If you wish to pay by electronic funds transfer please email  and we can reply with our bank details. We have EFTPOS facilities and are happy to take orders over the phone.  The confirmation email will advise payment details. 

Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. 

 Shipping Terms

All postage within Australia is by Australia Post eParcel or courier at our discretion. Express postage is available at an additional cost. All postage quoted is for delivery to Australian domestic addresses.  Couriers will not deliver to PO Box address.  Please advise your normal delivery address.  If we require a street address instead of a PO Box we will contact you.

Due to factors beyond our control there can, at times, be delays for which we cannot take responsibility. We will, however, try to keep you informed at all times as to the progress of your order.

The deposit of goods with our nominated carrier for shipment constitutes supply for the purposes of this agreement, and, as a consequence, all risk associated with the loss of, or damage to, goods in transit rests with the purchaser. Similarly, the costs of, and sole responsibility for, transit insurance rests with the purchaser.

Refunds and Returns

There are NO returns or refunds on any badge, magnet, mirror, keyring, bottle opener or compact mirror components. Please select carefully.

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, returns will only be accepted if the Product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be exchanged for any other reason.  Where an item is believed to be faulty please contact us to arrange the return as all faulty goods must be returned and received by Cutting Art before a replacement item will be sent.  We do not offer refunds for "change of mind".

General
